As you may know, in July 2018, Ozone Coffee acquired Hasbean with the vision of combining our expertise and passion for exceptional coffee. Although we maintained separate brand identities, we functioned as one team from day one, sharing offices, our roastery and coffee relationships. After several years of collaboration and careful planning, we are excited to share that Hasbean will become Ozone Coffee.
You might be wondering what this means for you as a customer. Let us assure you that while our name is changing, our commitment to providing you with the same outstanding experience remains the same. Roland will still be sourcing the finest beans from around the world, Gary will keep roasting those beans to perfection, Luke will expertly pack your parcels, and Katie will be on hand to handle all your customer care needs. Behind the scenes at the roastery in Stafford, absolutely nothing is changing.
Hasbean will officially become Ozone on 26th March 2024.
We understand that change can sometimes raise concerns. We want to assure you that your subscriptions, orders and account information will remain unaffected and In My Mug, our beloved subscription, will continue. The Hasbean web address will redirect to Ozone but we'll be keeping the Hasbean website structure, look and feel so your online shopping experience stays the same. We'll be sending further updates via out newsletter to guide you through any necessary steps but rest assured, your journey with us will continue seamlessly.
We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and loyalty. It's because of customers like you that we're able to pursue our passion for coffee every day. We're incredibly excited about this next step, and we can't wait to share it with you.
