Ep. 747 Bolivia Volcán del Tigre

Caramel, sultana, clementine, milk chocolate

Lush caramel sweeps in first, followed by a shoulder of milk chocolate. As it cools down a little, juicy sultanas and clementine add a gentle fruity complexity which provides this coffee with a superb balance.
