Almond, dried apricot, brown sugar
This Portillo lot is a very interesting one and really is for the varietal geeks. It's a super unusual varietal and has only been on the farm since 2018. It’s not one we know a lot about, so we asked Alé to tell us a little more about it...
This funky natural processed coffee starts with sweet almonds before heaping on sultanas and dried apricots. Sticky figs and brown sugar come in on the finish of this sweet and well balanced cup.
